Red Fish
LIttle Bites & Little Water - A Dinner Party of Tapas and Vodka
Tapas translates from the Spanish into, basically, little bites.
Vodka translates from the Russian, less literally, into little water.

~ Tapas ~

Vegetarian
Spanikopita
Homemade gourmet spinach and cheese pies with a cool Tzatziki sauce, Kalamata olive Tapenade and warm pita.
Meats
Chorizo Carmona
Traditional Spanish chorizo sausage, caramelized red onions, roasted red peppers, garlic, and herbs finished with melted gouda, and manchego cheeses. Served with toasted baguette.
Chilled Sliced Flank Steak
Marinated in Moretti ale, and spices. Garnished with a cool peppercorn sauce, capers and red onions.
Seafood
Ajo Blanco
Traditional Spanish chilled white garlic soup with Maryland crabmeat.
Vanilla Sea Scallops
Diver sea scallops glazed with Skyy vanilla vodka. Served in a coquille shell with Mache greens and diced tomatoes.
